Exchange and Cancellation Policy 

 

We are committed to convey extraordinary products with complete satisfaction to our customers. If in case you drop the idea of buying the product you have ordered or 

 Want to exchange that with another one or any other concern.

 

Kindly, refer to our Exchange and Cancellation Policy!

 

  • No concerns!!! If you need to drop your order, make sure you do it within 12 hours of placing the order. Whether it is COD or you have already paid(Online payment).

 

  • In the event that you have just paid for your order, refund will be made in a similar method of payment (got by us) within the following 10 working days just if the order is dropped under 12 hours according to our company cancellation Policy. 

 

  • What's more, in the event of cancellation which has been made within 12 hours then the amount would not be refunded you can just exchange the product with one more of a similar cost. 

 

Note: There is just product exchange; one can only exchange the product on the off chance that you get a defective or other product from the one you ordered.

 

No product exchange is acknowledged after 12 hours of delivery. 

 

Note: You may get the slight shading variations product from you ordered as these are the printed covers 

 

Exchange Policy 

 

  • We don't provide a reverse pickup facility, if in the case that any customer wishes to exchange a product he/she needs to send the product(s) back to us. 

 

  • Client needs to pack the product securely to forestall any loss or harm during travel. (we don't assume any liability for product harming, delivered by clients) 

 

Note*: Shipping charges are not refundable !

 

When we get the product and we are finished with our inside quality check, we will continue further, to convey you the exchanged product you have mentioned. 

 

We don't acknowledge product(s) for exchange if:- 

 

  • The Product shows any physical harm to the container or to the product 

 

  • We got a product without all unique bundling and embellishments, including the manuals, retail box, links, and every other thing initially included with the product at the moment of delivery. 

 

  • Product without UPC (Universal Product Code) alongside its original packaging

 

  • Kindly share photographic/videography proof of received product with us, if there should be an occurrence of disappointments of the product(s)
